Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at Randall Manufacturing!

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. If your product is Broken, Defective, Does not match the description or never arrived, you will be eligible for a full refund, or an exchange, only if we are notified within the 14 calendar days of the orders delivery date. 

To be eligible, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Provide a photographic image(s) of the item that is Broken, Defective, or Does not match the description.
  • For items that never arrived at your location, tracking must show the item was never delivered. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customers eligibility.

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND

If you don’t absolutely love your item, we’ll take it back! 

If you had a change of heart and no longer want the item you purchased, no problem, we’ll be happy to take it back. Our Buyer’s Remorse Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If you meet the guidelines below, please note that you are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense and there will be a 20% restocking fee, original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days and no later.
  • The product must be unused, or damaged 
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

REFUNDS

Items not eligible for a refund:

  • Bulk orders – Orders of 3 items or more are considered bulk orders and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery date. 

Please contact our friendly Customer Support at [email protected] with your refund claim within the required time noted in our guideline. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This falls under our 14 day return policy. We must be notified no later than the given 14 days. Notify us by sending us an email at [email protected].

Reminder:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you fall under the buyer’s remorse guideline. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
